Additionally, Susan became the first in the industry to innovate the scope of the business model, providing comprehensive transportation systems for meetings and conventions nationwide.  She partnered with meeting planners and travelled with them from city to city to provide attendees with a consistent, high quality transportation experience.  She developed new methods of operations and created procedures and practices that are now used industry-wide.   She developed technologies and software for the company to meet the growing needs and expectations for a more sophisticated transportation system for her prestigious clientele.  She was at the forefront of developing transportation systems that reduced the overall environmental impact and carbon footprint of these large meetings, thus keeping them as “green” as possible.

Outside her professional life, Susan enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle in Malibu with her husband and children. She enjoys stand up paddle surfing, swimming and visiting the local farmer’s market for her next culinary adventure.
