Michele Rea

Michele Rea joined the team as Manager, Client Services in 2025, following five years in the field overseeing shuttle operations. She brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management, and is known for her collaborative, team-focused approach.

Michele excels at building strong, lasting client relationships and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service. She plays a key role in streamlining processes, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring every client receives a high-quality, personalized experience. Her ability to connect with people and anticipate client needs has quickly made her a valued member of the client services team.

Outside of her primary role, Michele’s passion for hospitality and community shines through. Many Friday nights, she can be found working at a local Italian restaurant — a reflection of her dedication to service and hospitality beyond the workplace.

In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams.
