Michael “Naj” Naggi brings more than two decades of destination management, operations leadership, and client‑service expertise to the Kushner team. His career began with Kushner & Associates years ago, where he first developed his passion for seamless logistics, guest experience, and high‑touch program execution. After building a successful career in destination management — including senior operational roles, large‑scale event oversight, and close collaboration with sales and client event services — Michael is excited to return “home” to the company that helped shape his foundation in the industry.
Throughout his career, Michael has partnered with leading DMCs and event organizations. Known for his calm leadership style, event and transportation planning, and ability to bring clarity to complex logistics, he has supported thousands of guests and clients with professionalism, heart, and exceptional experiences.
